The Line Cook at Cottonwood Palo Verde plays an essential role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents, members, and guests. This position is responsible for preparing high-quality meals with consistency, precision, and pride, while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of their station and adhering to food safety standards. Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a line cook in a restaurant, country club, or hospitality setting preferred.
Solid knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to follow recipes, plating standards, and health department regulations.
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellence.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
