Part-Time Position
Compensation: $16-$18 per hour with benefits

We are seeking motivated, friendly team members who will perform janitorial floor care duties in designated areas in medical facilities. WE CAN TRAIN YOU!
Responsibilities
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in assigned areas, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
Empty trash bins, replace liners and ensure proper waste disposal and recycling practices.
Clean and maintain restrooms, including restocking supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Monitor and report maintenance or repair needs, such as plumbing issues, lighting problems, or damaged fixtures.
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners.
Adhere to safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and responsibly.
Follow established cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed within specified timeframes.
Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and facility occupants to address cleaning needs or concerns.
Demonstrate professionalism and respect for privacy and confidentiality when working in occupied areas.
Pay attention to detail and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.
Qualifications:
Physical fitness and ability to perform strenuous tasks such as lifting heavy objects, prolonged standing, bending, and reaching.
Previous cleaning experience is an asset, demonstrating knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
Ability to operate and maintain cleaning tools and equipment safely.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address cleanliness issues.
Good time management and organizational skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
Dependability and reliability, consistently meeting work schedules and being punctual.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with supervisors, colleagues, and facility occupants.

Physical Demands:
Frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs, bending, and squatting is required.
Standing for up to four hours at a time.
Can lift 50+ lbs
Expected hours: 20-32 Hours a week

4-6 Hour shift
