Italian Restaurant hiring Sous Chef and Cooks

Osteria Mia is a modern Italian restaurant and wine bar located in the Shops at Norterra, in North Phoenix. We are looking to hire a Sous Chef, sautee cooks, and pizza cooks. We are opening a new location this Spring, and we are transferring some of our kitchen crew to the new location, and we need to find their replacements. We are looking for a Sous Chef to assist our Chef in placing orders, prepping food, cooking during the rush, and maintaining our high quality of standards. We are also looking for an experienced sautee cook who has experience cooking pasta, as well as pizza cooks who can work with a wood fired oven.
