Very loyal following, amazing food, and friendly service. We are currently hiring for both full-time and part-time Back of House positions, including line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers, to help us deliver exceptional cuisine and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities;
1. Line Cooks
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with restaurant's procedure
- Keep station clean, stocked, and set up properly
- Communicate with expo workers to ensure orders are correct and timely
- Work in tangent with other line cooks and back of house members
- Food handlers card or willing to obtain
2. Prep Cooks:
- Prepare ingredients for menu items
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Work collaboratively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service flow
- Assist in food preparation and stocking as needed
- Food Handlers Card or willing to obtain
3. Dishwashers:
- Operate dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, utensils, and pots
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and stocking as needed
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times
Desired Qualifications;
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment preferred for line cook positions
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Food handlers card or willingness to obtain one for line cook positions
- Strong knowledge of food and kitchen safety
