Help Lead our Service Staff Team!
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences? Do you enjoy leading by example and helping to ensure customers are served well. If so, we want you to be a part of our team! We are currently seeking a dedicated Head Server / Assistant Manager to help lead our dynamic crew.
Responsibilities:
Manage the server team while serving customers
Set and manage the schedule for the server and busser team
Document front of the house operation including side work assignments, etc.
Provide detailed explanations of menu items, specials, and promotions to guests.
Serve food and beverages to guests with efficiency and attention to detail.
Ensure staff maintains cleanliness and organization in all dining areas.
Extend warm greetings to guests and ensure they feel welcome and valued.
Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
Perform various other duties as assigned to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience leading customer service, food service, or related fields for a minimum of 2 years.
Ability to establish rapport with guests and provide outstanding hospitality.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Pay and Perks:
Competitive hourly rate plus tips provide for annual compensation from $65,000 - $90,000 depending upon shifts worked.
