What we’re looking for:
Experience in bakery/coffee shop operations and a strong hospitality background
Ability to manage daily storefront operations, inventory, and quality control

Source ingredients, manage inventory, and maintain health/safety standards
Prepare and serve donuts, cakes, and coffee beverages
Build a loyal customer base, manage hours, scheduling, and basic marketing
Handle bookkeeping, revenue tracking, and reporting (to be shared with us)
Compensation:
No rent or utilities for the operator
