WE ARE HIRING: Craft Beer Sales Pro (5 Plus Years Experience)
Mudshark has been brewing craft beer since 1998, now producing over 1,000,000 beers a year, we are looking for a highly motivated person that shares our culture of adventure for new and high-quality beer, community, friends and someone that represents out Arizona Family.
WHAT WE NEED:
5+ years of proven sales experience (Craft beer or beverage industry preferred).
Outstanding communication and promotion skills.
A passion for social atmosphere and being the face of our market presence.
Self-starter, positive attitude with hustle, heart, and a great sense of humor.
Willingness to travel locally throughout AZ and represent the brand at events, accounts and sales meetings.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Build and maintain strong relationships with bars, restaurants, distributors, and retailers.
Promote and sell our full lineup of craft beers across your territory.
Plan and execute tastings, promotions, and events that get people talking (and drinking).
Drive brand awareness with your killer communication and presentation skills.
Share visible trends and customer feedback with the Team.
Communicate with leadership and the brew Team regularly to meet sales goals.
