Maintain a positive, cheerful and friendly demeanor with customers and co-workers. Efficiently serve food and drinks in a friendly and courteous manner and follow the service sequence and standards of the facility.
Maintain and abide by all state and local liquor laws.
Have complete knowledge of of all menu items including preparation of those items. Assist in receiving, re-stocking, and cleaning of the restaurant.
Set up and maintain cleanliness and condition of the bar, tables and chairs.
Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks, stock ice, restock bar with liquor and supplies.
Beverage Cart: Serve beverages to golfers day to day. Service golfers in outings and private events. Safely drive the golf course and maintain frequent and friendly sales and service opportunities. Knowledge of golf course etiquette. Complete assigned side work and prep work.
