Tiki Star is a new, independently owned tiki bar and restaurant located inside the Park West Shopping Center in Peoria, located on Northern Ave and the 101. We are looking to hire 3 new bartenders now that we have been open for 2 months and business is getting busier. We are looking for experienced bartenders who have a passion for cocktails. We offer an extensive selection of classic tiki cocktails, mixed with modern tiki inspired takes on classic cocktails. We are looking to hire bartenders who can handle making multi-ingredient cocktails, while also taking care of the bar guests and giving them a great experience. We are the West Valley's only tiki bar, and we are gaining momentum as the premier cocktail destination in Peoria. Requirements for the position:
- 2 years experience behind a high volume bar or cocktail focused bar
- basic knowledge of classic cocktails such as an Old Fashioned, Daiquiri, Mai Tai, and Margarita.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends
- Must be available for a set schedule
