Location:2727 N Central Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85004 United States of AmericaWe are seeking a highly skilled Voice Engineer with expertise in Cisco Collaboration Solutions to design, implement, and support enterprise voice and video communication systems. The Engineer will be responsible for technology development, research, design and implementation, infrastructure design, engineering of network-based telephony services, and tier-3 technical problem management. The role will involve a combination of project-based initiatives and operational support. The Engineer will operate independently with vendor partners to ensure seamless operations and facilitate migrations from legacy systems.Experience With:· Working with SCRUM or an Agile Environment with iterative development processes· Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS) server hardware or 3rd Party Hardware such as Dell’s, installation, configuration and maintenance· Virtualization environments using VMware vCenter (Deploy OVAs, Troubleshooting etc…)· Cisco IOS Devices installs and upgrades, SBC’s, Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE) and Cisco SIP Proxy (CUSP)· UCCE components installation, upgrade and maintenance - Router, Logger, PG’s, HDS, CVP’s, VVB’s, CCMP, CUIC and Finesse· Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) IVR scripting with ICM and CVP using Call Studio· Cisco WebEx Dedicated Instance (DI), Calling and Contact Center migration, setup and Flow design and configuration· Cisco Call Manager installs and upgrades, configure and manage DRS backups, Calling Search Spaces and Partitions, Route Patterns, Route Lists, Route Groups, Translations, Bulk Administration· Cisco Unity installs and upgrades, configure and manage DRS backups and voice mail boxes· Attendant Console software and server installation, upgrades, configuration and maintenance· Work Force Management (WFM) software and server, real time and historical data configuration· E911 and Cisco Expressway Gateways installation, configuration and maintenance· SQL server database installation and maintenance. Ability to develop advance queries and to create reports related to the phone system using CUIC and Data Bricks.· Informix Databases with Call Manager and CVP Report Server· Monitoring critical infrastructure and applications using monitoring solutions like Solar Winds and other monitoring solutions· Perform administrative tasks on Windows, including patching, running jobs and collecting logs from voice applications· Using tools like RTMT, packet captures, logs and debugs for troubleshooting.· Windows IIS installation and configuration and familiarity with Apache Tomcat and Java· REST API’s and integration with voice applications and ITSP service providers like Twilio· Understanding SIP Trunking, SIP Messaging, SDP and voice codecs· Troubleshooting SIP/SCCP and analog devices, SIP routing and audio issues· ITSP Service provider provisioning, integrations and load balancingDuties and Responsibilities:· Supporting the Engineering Team with projects and proof of concepts· Research, design and implement new technologies into the voice system· Monitor infrastructure and applications and providing resolution to any errors or issues found· Provide elevated tier 3 support for Team Members in the field and our mid-town campus· Regular Server and software patching and upgrades· Creating documentation and diagrams for the voice systemQualifications:· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).· 5+ years of experience in voice engineering with a focus on Cisco Collaboration solutions.· Cisco CCNP Collaboration certification (or equivalent experience).· Cisco DevNet Professional certification or progress towards certification.· Strong Knowledge of CUCM, Unity Connection, IM & Presence, Webex suite, and Expressway.· Strong Knowledge of UCCE and its components.· Strong Knowledge in configuring Cisco ISR/ASR voice gateways and CUBE.· Strong Knowledge VoIP protocols, call routing, dial plans, and voice translation rules.· Knowledge of Cisco APIs & SDKs – REST APIs for CUCM, Webex, and Contact Center automation.· Experience leading voice system migrations and large-scale UC deployments.Perks of joining the U-Haul fleet: Get your career moving with a company who empowers team members to be the healthiest version of themselves!
