This position will be responsible for the organization, development and execution of training new employees.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm with overtime as business needs requireWork Location: 5005 S. 40th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85040Benefits: All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Performs training of newly hired phlebotomy employees

Provides re-training on company topics such as policies, procedures, and programs as needs dictate

Conducts group and individualized training for purposes of work performance enhancement and general education

Serves as a procedural and compliance resource for employees in assigned area

There will be some travel to various locations to assist in training

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

3-5 years of experience in related field

Prior training experience preferred

Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

Comfortable working under minimal supervision

Reliable transportation and clean driving record

Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
