Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Business Partner to lead company-wide strategic initiatives and deliver impactful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have previous project management experience, experience working on large-scale organizational projects, and a strong ability to collaborate across departments and functions.Within this role, you will focus on planning and delivering Leslie’s strategic imperatives to drive success for the organization. Lead Strategic Projects: Plan, communicate, and manage company-wide strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.

Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate efforts across departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.

Establish Governance Standards: Leverage PMO best practices to create and implement governance frameworks, project templates, and reporting systems.

Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing updates, managing expectations, and addressing challenges.

Resource Management: Share recommendations for effective resource allocation, ensuring project teams are supported and deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and address roadblocks to maintain project momentum.

Performance Reporting: Monitor and evaluate project progress, producing status reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance project execution and alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

1-2 years of cross departmental project management experience preferred

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent).

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and document requirements.

Ability to approach problems from different angles and think critically about the best solutions.

Strong focus on accuracy and detail when documenting requirements and processes.
