Sr QA/ QA manager

Team, We are looking for Sr. QA Manager with automated & Manual testing experience with Coach /Lead Automated Testing team- No remote- Candidate to report to Phoenix Day 1 JD Minumum 13-15 yrs of experience in QA The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of software testing as well as implementing and developing QA processes and guidelines, especially geared towards agile engineering and automation practices. -Expert in development and implementation of new automated testing framework, Tosca experience preferred -Develop and automate integration, functional, and system test scripts. Coach and Lead Automated Testing team. -Expert in developing test strategy, test plans, test scenarios and test procedures/test scripts (both automated and manual). -Experience with automated testing in a continuous integration environment This would be an experienced Sr QA/ QA manager level with experience in both automated and manual testing. High communication and leadership skills needed. The job position duties would include: Plan project testing objectives with Project Manager and Project Leadership, develop/define QA processes and status reporting, involving all relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally Prioritize work and direct work to the QA project team, ensuring all Develop a detailed plan to track progress (percent complete) and report issues Measure project performance (define QA KPIS and metrics) Effectively communicate relevant project challenges or roadblocks to senior management through proper issue escalation Schedule, organize and lead team meetings to assess progress against functional task list and timelines Identify, prioritize, and mitigate project risks Ensure the effective preparation and delivery of all project tasks; ensures production of all necessary documentation
