In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by driving talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture within your client groups. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objections within your client groups

Drive talent acquisition and talent management processes

Partner with HR COE leaders to drive employee engagement and development programs

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR Policies and procedures

Collaborate with HR team to analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

You Must Have:

3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role

WE VALUE

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

Experience in the aerospace industry or a similar technical field

Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization

Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment

Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience.

Ability to compile data from multiple sources, analyze for trends and recommend targeted actions as needed

Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
