As a Sr Demand Planner here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing demand and asset planning for Honeywell Aerospace Technologies (AT) to support gas turbine engine Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) operation. You will play a key role in driving demand and asset planning within our vibrant aerospace manufacturing environment. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the development of a high-quality demand forecast critical for supply planning and financial forecasting. Your role is instrumental in meeting customer requirements and aligning with operational business objectives. You will report directly to our Business Leader of Demand Planning, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will impact the accuracy and efficiency of our supply chain, ensuring customer satisfaction and staying ahead of market dynamics. Your strategic input in sales forecast analysis, production planning, and supply chain optimization projects will shape the future of demand planning at Honeywell Aerospace Technologies.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Create, maintain, and analyze sales forecast and resource demand plans for products, services, and parts globally Coordinate with the Material Analyst to calculate and load Demand Forecasting in support of the Overhaul, H.S.I and Repair of gas turbine engines Provide recommendations based on delivery performance and consumption rates in order to ensure continuity of supply to support program requirements Present Demand forecast to Leadership at regular meetings Attend Program Management Review and Material and Demand Management Reviews as required to present demand forecast data and insights Conduct formal forecast reviews with Sales and Business, analyzing and measuring forecast accuracy to identify areas for improvement Design and implement supply chain optimization projects, ensuring streamlined operations and responsiveness to market demands Work with leadership for Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes Process data and identify problematic areas, consolidating opportunities into a comprehensive forecast for resource demand plans within the Supply Chain Take ownership of the preparation and presentation of regular reports on key performance metrics Improve Demand forecast accuracy by implementing forecasting best practices Use insights to guide the team in making data-backed decisions and improvements in the demand planning process Ensure effective alignment to the key production sites as well as to ensure access to Honeywell ERP and MRP systemsBENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELLIn addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
