As a Sr Analyst RFC here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the Corporate organization's Request for Change (RFC) process. You will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating change requests, ensuring compliance with established processes and standards, and providing recommendations for approval or rejection. Your expertise in change management and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth execution of projects and initiatives within the organization.You will report directly to our Controller Manager, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring that change requests are thoroughly reviewed and assessed, minimizing risks and disruptions to business operations.
