As a Software Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for the design, development, and testing of software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the efficient, timely completion of software projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. You will report directly to our Senior Software Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Deer Valley, Phoenix location on a 5-days a week work schedule.In this role, you will impact the development of software solutions that drive Honeywell's Avionics business success across aircraft platforms. Professional DevelopmentU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorizationYOU MUST HAVE 2+ years of experience in software development

Proficiency in programming languages such as, C, OpenGLWE VALUE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as computer science, software engineering, or a related field

Master’s degree in a technical discipline

Experience with Agile development methodologies

Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques
