You will leverage your team's experience and skills to support on supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, shipment of products, and warehousing. You will evaluate customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met. You will provide data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts. As a team supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies in order to deliver high impact to business results. This position will be managing the 402 & 403 storeroom activities (days) Key ResponsibilitiesLead the team to execute the logistics strategy Manage overall operational KPI’s: Receiving inspection, put away, & lemon shelf TAT, etc.Evaluate material flow and manage overtime, capacity planning & compression Ensure transaction compliance and train team to limit single point failure situations, work with teams to clean up virtual inventory and manage corrective action responsibilities Manage day to day operations of logistic team and escalations Improve labor efficiency and manage inventory put away using ERP or similar Manage safe/efficient operation of material handlingDrive continuous improvement culture and safety accountability End of month/quarter activities will be paramount and weekend overtime is often needed to support customer/company output requirements JOB ACTIVITIESManage Logistics Teams and facilitate new hire onboarding and trainingReview and manage logistics operations costs such as inbound/outbound freight, supplies, etc.Weekend coverage will be necessary Manage and adjust the Logistics MOS (i.e. monitoring logistics KPI’s, leading tier meetings, creating standard work and work instructions, etc.)Participate in physical inventory and other inventory-related activities (cycle counts)Report out on key performance indicators to site leadership and other functional teamsParticipate in logistics strategy deployment and complete strategic projectsUtilize Work Flow Specialist to help manage dynamic environments of both shipping and storeroom activitiesUtilize your logistics expertise and supervisory skills in a manufacturing environment. You will leverage your team's experience and skills to support on supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing,

Due to contractual relationships, candidates must be a U.S. Citizen to be considered.YOU MUST HAVEHigh School DiplomaWE VALUEBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline Experience in Logistics or relevant functions in Integration Supply ChainExperience in Supervision roleExcellent collaboration and influence with management and cross function teamsAbility to lead people/team and engage/mentor staffsExcellent oral and written communication skills.
