One of the largest financial institutions globally is looking for Senior Engineers to back their core banking applications. You'd be joining a hybrid team (onsite 2-3 days a week) in Scottsdale, Arizona, in this direct hire opportunity. You will get a unique opportunity to develop critical backend APIs consumed by highly scalable banking applications consumed by tens of millions of customers across the globe. You'll get the chance to learn from and work with a talented team of Engineers to solve mission/customer critical problems. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of scalable experience in Java and/or other backend JVM languages. Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Experience with Java and/or Kotlin programming languages
- Experience with Vert.x, Quarkus, Micronaut, or Spring Boot Microservices
- Experience building RESTful APIs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field, or equivalent experience)
- Experience with other JVM languages (Scala, Groovy, Clojure, etc.)
- Experience with event driven architecture (Kafka)
- Experience with Fintech applications
