Our client, a leader in food manufacturing, is seeking a Sanitation Manager to join their team. As a Sanitation Manager, you will be part of the sanitation department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully with the organization.Job Title: Sanitation ManagerLocation: Phoenix, ArizonaWhat's the Job?

Manage sanitation associates and third-party contractors for various sanitation tasks.

Audit and update the Master Sanitation Schedule to ensure compliance and thoroughness.

Oversee equipment assembly and ensure readiness for sanitation checks.

Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal regulations regarding sanitation.

Provide leadership and training to sanitation associates, ensuring safety compliance.

What's Needed?

Bachelor’s degree or eight years of related experience in a regulated facility.

Experience with chemical hygiene/safety and HACCP certification preferred.

Strong understanding of sanitation practices and safety regulations.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical writing skills required.
