Job Description :This is a production support role, responsible for triaging complex productionsupport issues. They will be bridging the gap between Concierge team and developersby performing root cause analysis for technical issues and work with Product Owners andtech leads to prioritize User stories/defects. They will work closely with various membersof the team within project and external integration teams in the process ofcausal analysis. They will work with Product Owners, Developers, tech leads,QAs to understand the current flow and educate user on the application.Primary Responsibilities include. Troubleshoot and resolving production issuesby providing tactical, strategical solutions and/or code changes. Perform RootCause Analysis, Impact analysis. Provide general technical leadership to memberson the team. Developing in depth knowledge of the supported applications.
