Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, Arizona. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and resolving customer inquiries. This role is central to our mission of providing excellent customer service and maintaining a smooth operation.Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications. Maintain and update customer credit records with utmost precision. Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and record-keeping purposes. Manage order entries and ensure they are correctly recorded. Use email for correspondence with customers, addressing their needs and concerns. Uphold the company’s standards of service and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Excellent oral and written communication skills for email correspondence Experience in a customer service role or similar Ability to handle order entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and issues effectively Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work well as part of a team and independently High school diploma or equivalent educational level Availability to work in various shifts, including evenings and weekends Knowledge of customer service best practices and principles Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools as required by the role.
