RN Nurse Coordinator

POSITION SUMMARY: The RN Nurse Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to develop the medical assistant teams and leads at the clinic sites, focusing on workflows, compliance, training, and team development. This position will strongly collaborate with the practice managers, lead medical assistants, clinical teams, departments, and programs to achieve successful patient-centered medical home outcomes. This position will provide clinical oversight and functions for the lead medical assistant to develop medical assistant teams. In addition, this position will support Integrated Health Care Delivery and patient care in clinic- and community-based settings.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Responsible to Develop Medical Assistant Teams and Leads.Support and Initiate Quality Improvement Efforts.  Monitors and Supports Clinic Compliance.Conduct Surveillance and Assurance of Proper Vaccine Management.Provides nursing services to patients in accordance with the Arizona State Board of Nursing Registered Nurse scope of practice.Supports the organization as needed.
