ResponsibilitiesManages MAD (Mergers, Acquisition and Divestiture) activities including leveraging vendor relationships wherever appropriate and ability to influence others outside of organization;Drives MAD executions as per the defined playbook, policies and standardsDefines and documents project requirements, timelines, decisions, actions and meeting minutes.Ensures IT, legal and Security compliance needs are met from due diligence through execution till closureEvaluates target companies for Honetywell IT integration during Due Diligences for potential buysDevelops and communicates project plans, schedules, cost and progress to the respective stakeholdersEngages with Corp and SBG I stakeholders to understand requirements for a smooth execution and deliveryMust be adept in managing risks / issues, escalations, budget, stakeholders and change managementMust be comfortable presenting to the C-staff as and when neededMust be able to manage M&A website, M&A training and onboarding program for Delivery managersMust be skilled at creating leadership presentations and conducting workshops during executionMust have :8+ years of program management or service delivery leadership experience in IT5+ years of large program execution or M&A integration experienceExperience in driving Enterprise wide / global ERP or CRM projects is highly recommendedProgram Management certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) or Scrum Alliance is a plusMust have the ability and willingness to travel, up to 30% of the time.We Value :Bachelor’s degreeExperience leading large, complex, global integrations and / or divestitures on time and within budgetDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively in oral and written formDemonstrated ability to meet customer requirements and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.Demonstrated ability to work with a wide variety of technical & non-technical staff, motivating and influencing their behavior and project workSelf-motivated and able to work with little supervision or directionAbility to remain calm, work under pressure and prioritize work to move things forwardAbility to deliver results in a highly matrixed organizationAbility to develop presentation material program activity and to make recommendations to both IT and business level audiences as appropriateAnalytical problem-solver with excellent business communication skillsAction oriented, quick learner who has experience in driving change and delivering bottom line savingsEffective in stakeholder managementAbility to both drive for results and lead thru collaboration and influence to achieve outcomesMust be an advocate of changeMust be fluent in EnglishAgile project delivery a plusITIL knowledge desirableGeneral competency of GDPR compliance desirableFunctional experience across multiple disciplines highly desirable
