Description We are in search of a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal to be a part of our client's team in the legal industry, located in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves working within an established law firm, managing a variety of tasks to support our legal proceedings and operations.Responsibilities Work on personal injury cases, focusing on plaintiff's side Utilize skills in software like 3M, FileVine and Microsoft Teams (must be tech savvy) Draft and prepare legal documents such as briefings, discovery and trial prep Manage calendars, appointments, and case deadlines effectively Handle claims administration duties professionally Provide excellent communication to all parties involved in a case Manage and resolve client complaints in a timely and efficient manner Maintain and update client files in FileVine system regularly Collaborate with the legal team to ensure smooth and efficient legal operations.Requirements Proven experience as a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Paralegal with a minimum of 7 years in the field. Proficiency in using FileVine and Teams. Exceptional skills in briefing and calendar management. Extensive knowledge in claim administration processes. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Proven track record in effective complaint handling. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. High level of attention to detail and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.
