PC Technician

Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a PC Technician in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is within the IT Services industry and requires the technician to deliver efficient services such as maintaining computer hardware, managing Linux technologies, and conducting AB testing.Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair issues related to computer hardware and Dell Technologies. Install, configure and maintain IBM systems and Mac Computers. Execute AB Testing for software modifications and updates. Perform routine checks and maintenance on Apple devices. Utilize Linux Technologies for system administration tasks. Conduct cable installation for network setup and maintenance. Implement and manage Backup Technologies for data protection. Maintain and manage user accounts using Active Directory. Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to IT issues. Continually monitor and update customer accounts as necessary. Requirements Proficiency in Computer Hardware Knowledgeable in Dell Technologies Familiarity with IBM systems Skilled in Linux Technologies Experience with Mac Computers Understanding of AB Testing procedures Ability to manage Active Directory Proficient in handling Apple Devices Knowledge in Backup Technologies Experience in Cable Installation Demonstrates excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Ability to maintain confidentiality Willingness to continually update skills and knowledge as required by the job Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary.
