Patient Recruitment SpecialistJob DescriptionResponsible for recruiting patients for study participation via incoming calls, and texting platform(s). Conducts phone screening interviews with potential panelists according to protocol-specific inclusion and exclusion criteria while documenting each potential participant's eligibility or exclusion. Works closely with Coordinators to execute recruitment goals and determine participant eligibility. Schedules panelists’ screening visits and conducts reminder calls. Maintains valid recruitment data through database updates and other tools as necessary. Follows recruitment policies & procedures for tracking participants. Participates as needed in recruitment activities to include implementing recruiting strategies, preparing action goals, and schedules. Provides weekly status updates on recruitment activities. Reads and understands each assigned protocol. Escalates any critical or major findings or trends to the Recruitment Manager. Performs other duties such as ad hoc projects, as assigned.Hard Skills
