This role is designed for individuals with a foundational understanding of risk management who are ready to take on more responsibility. The successful candidate will be part of a team that focuses on three categories: control testing, issue management, and quality control. This position will help ensure CVS Health control environment is effective and compliant with industry and/or regulatory standards.Control Testing : Conduct regular assessments of controls to evaluate their effectiveness. Document findings and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure consistency and compliance in security testing and reporting.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing procedures, results, and remediation efforts. Ensure that all records are accurate and up to date.Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams, including IT, compliance, and third party, to support a unified approach to security risk management.Reporting: Prepare and present reports on control testing outcomes, issues identified, and progress on remediation efforts to key stakeholders.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to security and risk management. Propose enhancements to existing processes and controls.Required qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Risk management, Audit, IT, or Compliance.

3+ years of control test of design and/or control operational effectiveness testing.

1+ years of experience in using a Governance Risk Management (GRC) Tool

Preferred qualifications:

Relevant security certification (e.g., ARM, CISSP, CRISC, CRM, CISA) are a plus but not required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$83,430.00 - $166,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.
