You will also generate innovative solutions in work situations; trying different and novel ways to deal with problems and opportunities.Key Responsibilities· Lead strategic initiatives for the AeroSPS team· Lead software integration activities for Airbus programs· Ability to develop build scripts and make files to compile ADA and C· Ability to script in multiple languages including Powershell, Python, DOS and Perl· Participate in integration meetings to define and execute build plans· Ability to identify and resolve compiler/linker errors in the build· Support functional area teams in FMS on builds and issuesYOU MUST HAVE·Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics·6+ years of experience in software engineering WE VALUE· Knowledge of the software development lifecycle· Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices· Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts· Diverse and global teaming and collaboration· Effective communicator· Can quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts· Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness· Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience· Experience in Airbus FMS is an advantage.U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.#LI-HybridHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
