Be part of a team that will own and manage complex requirements to ensure innovative, cost-effective means to improve supplier relationships, drive delivery fidelity, increase production output and implement continuous improvement projects with Suppliers, Purchasing, Operations, Engineering, Sourcing and Manufacturing in order to ensure quarterly revenue/margin targets are met and delivery goals are achieved to the customer. Will be responsible to meet or exceed specific revenue target(s) for both domestic & global regions supporting the Operation Center(s) and/or Customer Program(s). Hold a broader presence of project management with defined timelines/production schedules overseeing cross-functional teams within purchasing, planning, sourcing and operations. Expected to meet rigorous internal/external stakeholder objectives while achieving maximum overall cost/margin goals and ensure parts are delivered to the customer on time.RESPONSIBILITIES

Will ensure the quarterly revenue target(s) are achieved for each Operation Center, Global region and/or for a specific customer program

Will lead and mentor a team of buyers (this position will not have direct reports to you) driving the Management Operation System (MOS) in place with routine engagement with the Buyer/Planner/Site Operations to resolve internal/external supply gaps

Must be comfortable to quickly escalate with cross-functional Leadership to: identify risk, problem solve, remove barriers, drive accountability and formally present and drive the supplier recovery plan/milestones/commitments to stakeholders

MUST HAVE

Microsoft Office Suite experience (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Knowledge of purchasing/ERP systems (SAP highly desired)

Strong communication skills and a team player

Strong Leadership/Organizational skills- ability to prioritize critical tasks and problem solve to achieve results

Fluency in English, any other language is a plus

US CITIZEN REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge/proficiency of purchasing/ERP systems (SAP highly desired)

5+ years of Supply Chain, Sourcing, Production Planning, Purchasing, Operations, Manufacturing, Project Management or Program Management

Proficient knowledge of basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)

Partner with cross-functional teams with Purchasing, Planning and global Honeywell manufacturing plants to identify and adequately develop resolution to improve Build of Material (BOM) part shortages required to complete the end assembly part

Review MPS plans in between execution and planning window to identify shortages for assigned outlines (0-13 weeks) with the factory operations in providing direction that ensures product is coordinated, monitored and completes the production cycle according to schedule

Drive daily cadence with stakeholders identifying clear issues, actions, owners and timing

Develop scorecard/metrics to track results; and drive continuous improvement to elevate the team to higher standards and expectations to continuously support Honeywell growth objectives

May include purchasing goods, materials and services and company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply

Identify opportunities and develop business justification to support internal allocations of finished goods needed to ensure revenue targets are met

Ensure parts are loaded into Command Center and attend the war room/sunrise review meetings for updates and escalations

Engage with Focus Supplier Recover (FSR) and Rate Readiness (RR) leaders for help to drive part material shortages for both short & long-term developing a systematic support and recovery MOS
