Hybrid Family Law Attorney - Phoenix

Description We are seeking a Hybrid Family Law Attorney to join our law firm client's team in Phoenix, Arizona. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks related to Family Law. This role will require strong writing, litigation, and communication skills, along with proficiency in various software and systems. Responsibilities: Provide legal representation in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and domestic violence cases Utilize software such as 3M, Adobe Acrobat, and Case Management Software for effective case handling Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefings Handle claim administration and complaint handling processes efficiently Employ skills in Civil Litigation and Family Law to advocate for clients' rights Manage client interactions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction Maintain a manageable caseload to provide the highest quality representation Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to achieve positive outcomes Leverage Document Management skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date client records Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including a hybrid work-from-home arrangement.Requirements Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Must be a member in good standing of the Arizona State Bar A minimum of 3 years of experience in Family Law Proficiency in using Case Management Software and Document Management systems Exceptional skills in drafting and briefing legal documents Solid experience in Civil Litigation Ability to work in a hybrid work environment Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat and 3M tools In-depth understanding of Conveyancer software Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines High ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with clients, colleagues, and the court Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to find creative solutions to complex legal issues Must be willing to continue learning and improving Family Law knowledge and skills.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
