Description We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR policies, managing payroll, and overseeing employee relations and onboarding processes. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Oversee payroll processing using ADP, ensure its accuracy and timeliness, and resolve any payroll discrepancies Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and disputes, and facilitate resolution through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company and collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and develop relevant programs Implement and manage HRIS to streamline HR processes and data management and maintain accurate employee records while ensuring confidentiality Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and enhance the employee experience Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture Conduct regular reviews and updates of HR policies to align with organizational goals Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across various states and prepare and submit required reports and documentation for regulatory compliance Stay updated on HR trends and legislative changes that may impact the organization Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources managerial role Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is essential Familiarity with Ceridian and HCM software Expertise in managing Benefit Functions Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written Strong understanding of Compliance procedures within HR Proven track record in maintaining and enhancing Employee Relations Experience in streamlining and improving Hiring Processes.
