Your efforts will contribute to enhancing our well-established safety culture across our manufacturing environments.What You’ll Do:Conduct HSE Assessments: Regularly assess facilities to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.Coordinate Key Programs: Manage medical monitoring, fertilizer registration, and Safety Data Sheet programs.Drive HSE Initiatives: Support company-wide initiatives, develop safety procedures, and provide training to employees across the company.Engage with Regulatory Standards: Analyze standards from OSHA, DOT and the EPA to ensure operational compliance and identify impacts on the business.Support Environmental Permitting and Waste Management: Participate in environmental reporting, hazardous waste management and air permitting.Lead New Hire Orientation: Provide essential safety orientation for new team members.
