Head of GTM, Leader Excellence & Onboarding

What you can expect​As the Leadership Excellence and Onboarding leader, you will craft, manage and deliver programs that cultivate a thriving organization. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our leaders. You will design leadership development workshops as well as curriculum supporting the onboarding experience for new talent. You will develop programs for the Revenue Organization leaders with the information they need to coach their teams.About the TeamZoom’s Global Enablement Go To Market team empowers our world-class revenue team to drive business growth and customer outcomes through exceptional knowledge, skills, and behaviors. Through cross-functional collaboration , we define, develop, document, and deliver repeatable practices, content and enablement that spans the full customer lifecycle.What we’re looking for

Experience in an Enablement role (leadership dev, talent mgmt., or related field developing onboarding programs with a min of 3-5 years experience)

Experience designing and delivering impactful training programs with organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Experience in B2B SaaS org in Sales Enablement creating onboarding programs, sales process and sales leadership coaching

Experience with enablement and sales tools including prospecting, CRM, readiness, content management and learning management

Understand sales process (CRM), sales messaging, and sales methodology (Value Selling + MEDDIC)

Be located in the U.S. and do not require sponsorship for employment
