Manages the sales function for the assigned business in the Market in order to maximize sales, volumes and revenues, and ensure the right organization and structure is in place to deliver on the sales objectivesYour role:Develop, activate and drive go to market plans for the respective BU for a respective region/zone ​

Match strategic plans defined on global BU level with specific conditions (opportunities, restrictions) in the assigned zone, resulting in specific GTM plans and narratives for that region/zone (which customers, which portfolio, which sales channel, etc)​

Embed those plans into the respective regional or zone-specific GTM plans​

Drive and monitor execution via zone sales teams, escalate if off-track​

Ensure provisioning of marketing and other sales support material for direct and indirect sales channel ​

Work with BU marketing and regional marketing to ensure development of marketing material and approaches as well as references that ensure execution of narratives in direct and indirect sales channels​

Work with BU research, product management, and delivery to ensure Sales Specialists and also channel companies are fully enabled and trained on most recent BU portfolio incl. winning value props, implementation guidelines etc.​

Constantly analyze market developments and success rates of agreed strategy ​

Observe and collect key local trends (e.g. regulatory, changing customer demand, competition, delivery conditions, etc) and provide feedback to global BU with ask to actively verify existing narrative, and to possibly adjust ​

Support strategic deals on case-by-case basis, incl. handling of major escalationsYou're the right fit if you have the following:

Bachelor's degree and 10 years of sales experience. MBA is a plus.

Proven track record of creating and executing business unit strategies towards sales objectives and delivering commercial targets

Working knowledge of Cardiovascular Informatics System Integration, specifically as it relates to Interventional Radiology & Non-Interventional Radiology Preferred

Experience in Hemodynamics/Cath Lab Space Preferred

Experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities requiring escalation or acceleration to ultimately deliver on results

Able to clearly articulate the value of technical software and/or medical products to a range of customer profiles

Resilient sales mindset able to adapt in a dynamic customer environment

Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce)
