Maintaining a strong attention to detail and keeping your workstation clean is crucial.Hard Skills
1-2 years of experience in high precision manufacturing (aerospace or medical preferred)
Ability to work off blueprints and GD&T
Experience with sanders, air grinders, deburr knives, rotary tools, bench grinders, and vibro-pens
Soft Skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to maintain a clean work station
