Job Title: Data Security Analyst Job Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034 Job Duration: 6 Months Contract Job Description: Position will be a hybrid model - 80% onsite & 20% remote. Role and Responsibilities
- Ticket triage for data security group
- Analyse incoming and outgoing requests and ensure proper access is given
- Active Directory knowledge
- Security group knowledge
- Strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills written and oral
- Ability to analyze and streamline process for improvements
- Technical writing skills for standard work documentation
- General working knowledge of information security technologies and best practices in the areas of risk assessment
- Adheres to state policy and applies knowledge to all incoming and outgoing requests to ensure best practice
- Ability to audit team tickets for proper access
- General working knowledge of information security technologies and best practices in the areas of risk assessment, compliance and vulnerability management Familiarity with the concepts of ISO27000, NIST 800 and other security standards in the organization.
