Description We are seeking a diligent Data Entry Clerk to assist our client in Phoenix AZ 85017, this role is available as a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Undertaking high-volume data entry and verification tasks
Ensuring precision and attention to detail in all clerical duties
Creating invoices from work tickets accurately and efficiently
Processing credit memos which require reversing accounts and rebilling with the correct amounts
Performing inspections which require uploading reports to various fire departments
Creating, saving, and uploading PDF files as per the required specifications
Completing any other relevant tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
