You are part of the Aerospace Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Legal and Contract team based in the Americas region who support due diligence efforts with Aerospace ISC Due Diligence Center of Excellence. You ensure that customer contracts are reviewed for identifying certain contractual requirements to mitigate risks under any source transfers or source selections, ensuring that Honeywell business is meeting its contractual requirements while achieving business objectives. The salary range for this position is ($62,500 - $89,000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to review, analyze and interpret customer agreements

Providing independent and objective contract evaluation and interpretation and sound guidance to various functions, as applicable

Working closely with ISC Legal & Contract Team and ISC Due Diligence CoE - contributing to the development and execution of short and long-range objectives as well as the development of strategic and tactical plans

Focusing on the continual improvement in the speed, quality, and simplicity of contract review and input processes, without compromising compliance

Collaborating with various teams and functions at multiple sites, ensuring organizational effectiveness and standardization

Supporting the department Digitization initiatives, as required

Developing strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring provision of top-class service and high customer satisfaction

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.MUST HAVE

2+ years of experience in commercial or US Govt contracting

2+ years’ experience using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)

Superior communication skills, both oral and written

Associate’s degree or bachelor’s degree in business or other related field

Ability to research and analyze contract issues and develop innovative solutions

Contracting and procurement experience in Aerospace

Strong problem solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to function as member of virtual team

Integrity and strong focus on compliance

Ability to prioritize work within time constraints

Drive efficiencies and process improvements via digital tool or process

Strong organization and project management skills
