Job Title: Concrete CarpenterJob DescriptionContractors will be conducting general labor work all the way up to finishing. All flat, finished work. They will be responsible for all duties tied with pouring concrete, putting the forms up, and finishing. This includes site prep, rebar, minimal forms and pouring. Use of a bull float and power concrete screed will be required.Responsibilities
Conduct general labor work including site prep, rebar, minimal forms, and pouring concrete.
Put up forms and finish concrete surfaces.
Use a bull float and power concrete screed.
Perform tasks related to concrete pouring and finishing.
Meet the team on-site or travel to job sites as required.
Essential Skills

Carpentry
Use of hand tools and power tools
Machine operation
Ability to perform heavy lifting
Experience with concrete slabs and flatwork
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a commercial or residential concrete construction setting is preferred.
5 years of experience in flat concrete finishing is highly desirable.
Ability to read and use a tape measure.
Experience with paving is a plus.
Comfortable with traveling to and from job sites daily, primarily in the Cave Creek/Scottsdale area.
