Powered by passionate people, we bring the right teams with the right skills together to turn problems into solutions and challenges into moments of ingenuity.As a Cleaning Supervisor , reporting to the Manager, you will supervise the cleaning and services of an assigned area within the budget required to maintain company and customer quality standards.Your work will include:

Conducting deep cleaning of station floors, platforms, and waiting areas using appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions.

Removing stubborn stains, dirt, and grime from station surfaces using specialized techniques.

Sanitizing high-touch areas such as ticket machines, handrails, door handles, and benches to ensure a germ-free environment.

Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and passenger lounge areas to maintain hygiene standards.

Operating cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, and pressure washers safely and efficiently.

Following established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Communicating effectively with station staff and cleaning team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any specific requirements or concerns.

Proven experience in conducting deep cleaning of large public areas such as train stations or similar environments.

Experience in using and maintaining cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, and pressure washers.

Expertise in removing stubborn stains, dirt, and grime using specialized cleaning techniques.

Strong knowledge of sanitizing high-touch areas to ensure a germ-free environment.

Ability to follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with station staff and cleaning team members.

Ability to address specific cleaning requirements or concerns promptly and efficiently.

Keen attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in restrooms, passenger lounge areas, and other station facilities.
