This role excels in the complex realm of data analytics within care coordination, utilizing extensive expertise in health information management, databases, and managed care systems to improve workflows, statistical analyses, and process improvements.Armed with a comprehensive skill set in analytical methodologies and tools—including proficiency in Cerner DA2, Epic, SQL, and other essential reporting applications—the program manager develops sophisticated data models and interprets data to drive strategic decision-making throughout the organization. This role demands a high level of technical proficiency and thought leadership, establishing the role as an indispensable resource in transforming data into actionable insights through detailed analysis and effective visual presentations.As a recognized authority in healthcare analytics, this role is pivotal in guiding the use of complex analytics tools and applications across CommonSpirit Care Coordination. The program manager engages continuously with system, region, market, and facility leaders, to align analytics projects with organizational objectives, significantly enhancing clinical quality and operational excellence.This role also encompasses key responsibilities in data collection, management, analysis, and reporting, along with designing and developing decision management tools. The program manager is responsible for interfacing with IT to ensure the effective utilization of IT-sponsored tools, providing basic programming and technical support to fulfill data management and reporting requirements.Essential Key Job Responsibilities

QualificationsEducation and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare, Statistics, Data Science, Nursing, or other related field; a combination of education and/or additional job related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree. Master's preferred.

Minimum of three (3) years related leadership experience in data analytics

Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in analyzing, reporting, and communicating data.

Minimum of five (5) years experience of related software systems administration and program management/data systems management in a healthcare environment

Prefer experience with Epic Cogito, SQL, Caboodle, Clarity and a current unrestricted RN license where practicing required.
