Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative in Phoenix, Arizona. You will be a part of a dynamic team in the insurance industry, providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls and emails. Responsibilities Deliver superior customer service in a high-volume contact center environment, handling requests efficiently and professionally. Build rapport with customers and respond to their inquiries in a compassionate and respectful manner. Use multiple systems and applications to research and analyze customer inquiries and resolve their issues. Ensure the maintenance of performance and quality standards. Make appropriate decisions and solve problems, ensuring a positive phone experience for customers. Learn basic concepts of personal lines insurance principles and products offered to our customers. Collaborate with team members and business partners to provide a positive customer experience. Be open to working overtime and weekends as needed. Assist with special requests and complete additional tasks as assigned. Use your strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to excel in communication. Requirements Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages is paramount Demonstrable experience in Customer Service is required Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary Experience in operations and research will be beneficial Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls in a detail oriented manner Familiarity with insurance principles and claim administration is a plus Knowledge of the software 'About Time' would be advantageous Experience in revenue accounting and performing ad hoc financial tasks is desired Understanding of property insurance and underwriting is preferable Exceptional collaboration skills to work effectively within a team Computer skills beyond basic proficiency are necessary The ability to make detail oriented decisions based on business needs Experience working onsite is preferred Familiarity with disability claims and maintaining quality standards Ability to maintain a detail oriented manner at all times with business partners.
