Description We are offering an opportunity to join our team in the Professional Services industry, specifically within the legal sector, based in PHOENIX, Arizona. This role will focus on transactional law, specifically pertaining to real estate matters. The successful candidate will be expected to manage a variety of transactional real estate matters, including leasing, mergers and acquisitions, and property development.Responsibilities: Manage various transactional real estate matters including leasing, mergers and acquisitions, and property development Utilize skills in Commercial Real Estate, Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A), Real Estate - Leasing, and Transactional Law Work independently, demonstrating a strong work ethic Handle a diverse caseload with multiple deadlines Provide legal advice and support to clients Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to real estate transactions Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis on various real estate matters Liaise with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the smooth running of legal operations Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all professional interactions. Requirements Must possess a minimum of 10 years of professional experience as an Attorney/Lawyer. Demonstrated expertise in Commercial Real Estate law. Proven experience with Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A). Proficiency in handling matters related to Real Estate - Leasing. Extensive background in Transactional Law. Must hold a valid license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction. Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills. Ability to provide legal advice to clients in a clear, concise, and comprehensive manner. Must have a strong ethical and professional conduct. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deadlines. Proven track record of working effectively in a team-oriented setting. Proficient in legal research tools and software. Must have a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision making. Excellent analytical skills with a strong ability to draft legal documents with precision. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
