The Administrative Assistant gathers and enters information to support our investment banking client's office operations. This role involves interaction with management, team members, and various departments. Responsibilities include travel booking, processing expense reports, and completing tasks as assigned by department management.Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm MST (Hours change with daylight savings)This role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Responsibilities:Travel Booking: Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.Professionalism: Maintains a consistent professional demeanor in all interactions with team members, clients, vendors, and external partners.Phone Etiquette: Communicates clearly and professionally during phone calls, even in high-pressure situations.Time Management: Prioritizes and manages multiple tasks effectively, particularly when facing tight deadlines.Ad-Hoc Projects: Manages various short-term or one-off projects as needed.Information Gathering: Gather information as assigned and required for expenses, travel, and AdHoc projects.Data Entry: Enters data accurately and in a timely manner.Report Preparation: Prepares expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.Collaboration: Interacts with employees to complete assigned projects as needed.File Organization: Organizes and maintains files and records efficiently.
