Accounts Payable Clerk

Description Robert Half is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of experience using Sage Intacct. This role is responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and supporting month-end close activities. Experience with Sage Intacct is a must, as this will be a key component of the role.Key Responsibilities:Invoice Processing: Review, code, and process a high volume of invoices in compliance with company policies and vendor terms.Sage Intacct Expertise: Accurately enter invoices into Sage Intacct, ensuring proper account classification and timely payment processing.Reconciliations: Perform regular account reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and ensure alignment with general ledger accounts.Vendor Management: Maintain positive relationships with vendors by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely payments.Payment Processing: Prepare and process check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers in accordance with established schedules.Expense Reports: Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.Audit Support: Provide support for internal and external audits, including documentation and reconciliation of transactions.Process Improvement: Collaborate with the accounting team to identify opportunities for process efficiencies, system enhancements, and best practices.Month-End Close: Assist with month-end close procedures, including preparation of journal entries related to accounts payable.Requirements Qualifications:3-5 years of proven work experience in accounts payable,3+ years of hands-on experience using Sage Intacct system requiredProficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) is highly desired.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
