Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years of F&I Management experience
· Professional attire and demeanor
· College degree preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Must have very strong organizational skills
· Excellent follow-up skills
· Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Internet/Email
· Ability to teach a diverse population of students
