Self Storage - Relief Manager - Part Time in Avondale Arizona:
Provide excellent customer service.
Obtain new rentals over the phone, internet and at the counter.
Show vacant spaces to prospective clients, complete rental agreements, collect rents, make collection calls, etc.
Update reports of prospective client calls and inquiries, as well as client rentals.
Effectively communicate between all your team members, clients, prospective clients, supervisors and staff.
Enter and process payments for clients into the software systems accurately and efficiently.
Perform lock checks and facility inspections.
Assist with cleaning out vacant units, help keep grounds tidy and perform light maintenance, as and where needed.
Qualifications:
Prior self storage is a plus but not required.
General office and written and oral communications required.
Ability to pay close attention to details.
Computer competency required, enter and extract data, apply payments, update and send reports.
Cash, Check and Credit Card reconciliation of daily payments and Cash Drawer.

Reliable transportation and insurance limits that meet the company’s minimum standards, as well as a valid driver’s license.
Walk, bend, lift, squat and lift up to 40-lbs.

Schedule:
Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Monday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Fill in for Manager’s vacation periods and other off periods.
