The store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year so there are multiple shift times available for flexibility!
The Customer Service Representative's primary role is to serve our teammates and our customers in the day-to-day operations of our busy convenience store and carwash. This looks like smiling/greeting every customer that comes through the door or drives up to the gate, processing transactions, and assisting both customers and teammates in any way possible. As a Ventura Market/Owl Ear/Watershed employee, we love to share our time, effort, and knowledge with you to help guide you through career advancement. Compensation is $16.00/hour plus commission on the carwash side.
Advancement will create opportunities for additional income. Training is paid and we offer full benefits to our employees working 30+ hours a week.
