Vet tech (part-time)-CSR position, work from homeMUST BE LIVING IN PHOENIX OR PHOENIX SUBURB

26.5 hours weekly/must be flexible.Will work on Sunday and some evening hours.

$20/hr, high speed internet required, must have a noise-free work space at home.

We provide home euthanasia services in Phoenix and the surrounding areas. Our mission is to provide gentle and compassionate care to our patients and their families, while allowing our team members to be part of something that is honorable and beautiful.

We are seeking outstanding individuals who like working in a collaborative environment, who can maintain efficiency during high call volume periods, support their team members, have excellent organization and communication skills, and can exude patience and compassion on a consistent basis.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling inbound inquiries from potential customers. The representative is expected to answer questions according to company phone guidelines, schedule appointments according to the our booking and mapping system, and to relay any issues or irregularities surrounding any customer inquiry to their lead. The representative will enhance company relations with the veterinary community and customers by establishing a relationship and developing rapport. The call types will include general inquiries, reassurance as far as the timing of the decision, as well as specific questions related to the home euthanasia process.

Job Duties:

Responsible for answering each phone call compassionately and listening to the cutomer’s concerns, explaining the service as outlined in the company phone guidelines, gathering all details and pertinent information, and scheduling the appointment using our mapping system and booking software

Provide itemized receipts for customers upon request

Effectively communicate with customers via text message and email when applicable, using empathy, correct spelling and grammar

Attend all company required training

Qualifications:

1 year of working in the field of small animal veterinary medicine as a technician, receptionist, or veterinary assistant

1 year of customer service or administrative support in a service industry or call center

.must have social media experience and must be extremely detail-oriented
